Equitable Booking Practices By:Callum Ashby

The days are getting shorter, and that means fewer tee times to go around. To make sure everyone gets a fair shot at their preferred time (and receives the correct confirmation and reminder emails), we want to remind players of our booking policies and best practices.

Booking Etiquette

  • Add all HP, Premium, and Platinum Club players as “playing partners.”
This ensures each golfer’s name is attached to the booking under their own profile so everyone receives their own confirmations and updates. See image below.
  • Avoid using placeholders or fake names.
Any bookings with incomplete or inaccurate player information may be removed 24 hours in advance to open the spot for others.
  • Check in at the Golf Shop at least 20 minutes before your tee time to be at the first tee 10 minutes before  to help us stay on schedule and keep play running smoothly.
  • Duplicate or misused bookings (including falsified names) may be removed at the discretion of staff to maintain fairness for all golfers.
  • Keep an eye on frost delays
Cooler mornings are here, so please check your confirmation email or our website for the latest updates before heading to the course.
  • Players must play in their booked tee time.
When you book for someone else (which we ask to avoid), their contact info doesn’t attach to the tee time — which creates confusion and delays for both players and staff, especially during frost delays. See image below.

We truly appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we move into the shorter fall and winter season. These small steps help keep the tee sheet fair, accurate, and enjoyable for every Highland Pacific golfer.

Thank you for helping us make sure everyone gets their time to play
