Café Manager – Highland Pacific Golf

Salary: CA$55,000–CA$60,000 per year

This is a working manager role, where you’ll lead from the front—working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team on the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and support café staff during service as an active, on-the-floor manager
• Assist with scheduling, ordering, and inventory
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Support menu planning and daily specials
• Perform light cooking duties, including operating the deep fryer, grill, and charbroiler
• Uphold our “friendliest course” culture every day

Schedule:
• 8-hour shifts
• Weekends as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of café or kitchen management experience
• Food Safe certification (required)
• Serving It Right certification (required)
• Friendly, organized, and hands-on leadership style
